Sales Representative - local business accounts (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Kansas City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around weigh tickets clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling weigh tickets. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
