Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Willow Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain our services around policy renewals clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling policy renewals. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
