Sales Representative - local business accounts (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Jackson. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Explain our services around dock schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling dock schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
