Sales Representative - local business accounts (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Explain our services around service complaints clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
