Sales Representative - local business accounts (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Pike Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Hartford plant. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling tooling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
