Sales Representative - local business accounts (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
