Sales Representative - local business accounts (Fresno, CA)

Nova Fox Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Fresno, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
