Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Drift Inspection Services is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around scheduling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
