Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

Nova Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around volunteer programmes clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling volunteer programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
