Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

Nova Union Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in El Paso with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around scheduling clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
