Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Thistle Construction Group is a El Paso contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
