Sales Representative - local business accounts (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Corner Insurance and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
