Sales Representative - local business accounts (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Fern Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Detroit, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
