Sales Representative - local business accounts (Detroit, MI)

Highbridge Pine Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Detroit, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
