Sales Representative - local business accounts (Detroit, MI)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Detroit with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
