Sales Representative - local business accounts (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Glen Energy is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around usage data clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling usage data. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
