Sales Representative - local business accounts (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Telecom and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around field visits clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling field visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
