Sales Representative - local business accounts (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Ventures is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around collection routes clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
