Sales Representative - local business accounts (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Des Moines serving households and small businesses, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
