Sales Representative - local business accounts (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around cleaning schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling cleaning schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
