Sales Representative - local business accounts (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Oak Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
