Sales Representative - local business accounts (Columbus, OH)

Summit River Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
