Sales Representative - local business accounts (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Bridge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Colorado Springs with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
