Sales Representative - local business accounts (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Harbor Arts Center is an arts centre in Chicago with a full calendar of events, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around exhibitions clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling exhibitions. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
