Sales Representative - local business accounts (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Hollow Farms is an agricultural business based around Charlotte. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
