Sales Representative - local business accounts (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
