Sales Representative - local business accounts (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cross Banking Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling deposit accounts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
