Sales Representative - local business accounts (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight River Staffing is a Birmingham staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
