Sales Representative - local business accounts (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around landfill records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling landfill records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
