Sales Representative - local business accounts (Birmingham, AL)

Summit Wren Farms is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
