Sales Representative - local business accounts (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
