Sales Representative - local business accounts (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Field Staffing Group is a Baltimore staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
