Sales Representative - local business accounts (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Baltimore, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our local business accounts. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
