Sales Representative - local business accounts (Austin, TX)

Lumen Willow Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Austin. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
