Sales Representative - local business accounts (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Albuquerque. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on local business accounts. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
