Sales Representative - local business accounts (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Birch Farms Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on local business accounts for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling seasonal crews. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
