Sales Representative - inbound leads (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Wichita. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
