Sales Representative - inbound leads (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Nest Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
