Sales Representative - inbound leads (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Auto Group is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around customer estimates clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling customer estimates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
