Sales Representative - inbound leads (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Vista Manufacturing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around tooling clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling tooling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
