Sales Representative - inbound leads (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Cobalt Staffing is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling candidate screening. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
