Sales Representative - inbound leads (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Farms and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain our services around field records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling field records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
