Sales Representative - inbound leads (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Keystone Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around seasonal crews clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
