Sales Representative - inbound leads (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Toledo, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
