Sales Representative - inbound leads (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Corner Construction is a Toledo contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
