Sales Representative - inbound leads (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
