Sales Representative - inbound leads (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Freight and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loads and lanes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
