Sales Representative - inbound leads (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Spokane region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around permits clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
