Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Beacon Medical is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around training materials clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
