Sales Representative - inbound leads (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around catastrophe response clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling catastrophe response. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
